Since Scotsman manufactures
over 400 different ice machines, consumers encounter ice from Scotsman
in a variety of settings. The ice they get - down the hall at a hotel;
in cold drinks at a fast food outlet, convenience store or cafeteria; or
from a waitress or bartender – may come from one of the Scotsman’s cuber
or nugget ice machines. The ice used to display fresh foods or to preserve
freshness in storage and shipping may have been a flake machine sold by
